Ubharta A2 Desi Cow Ghee

Ubharta A2 Desi Cow Ghee is crafted using ancient and authentic Vedic methods of "Bilona Churning," a traditional process also known as the curd practice. This process ensures purity and quality in every batch.

What is A2 Milk?

A2 milk is extracted from Desi Cows, which are known for producing highly nutritious milk. Unlike regular milk, A2 milk contains only A2 proteins, which are considered healthier and easier for the human body to digest. It is more closely related to the composition of human breast milk.

Why Choose A2 Cow Ghee Over A1 Ghee?

Ubharta A2 Cow Ghee is made from the milk of high-quality Desi Cows, renowned for producing nutritious A2 milk. Compared to regular milk, A2 milk contains only A2 proteins, making it a healthier and safer choice. This type of ghee is easier to digest and offers a closer match to human milk, making it highly suitable for consumption.

The Rathi Cow

The Rathi Cow, originating from Rajasthan, is a well-known breed recognized for its brown color and distinct white or black spots. It is famous for producing high-quality A2 milk, which is the foundation for making Ubharta A2 Desi Cow Ghee.

How Is Ubharta A2 Desi Cow Ghee Made?

Ubharta A2 Cow Ghee is prepared through the time-honored Vedic method of Bilona Churning:

  1. Boiling Organic A2 Desi Milk: The A2 milk is slowly boiled in earthen pots over a traditional chulha (stove), which enhances its golden color and aroma.

  2. Cooling and Fermentation: The milk is allowed to cool, and a teaspoon of curd is added for overnight fermentation.

  3. Churning: The next day, the milk is hand-churned in a clockwise and anti-clockwise direction for about 1.5 hours.

  4. Separation: The resulting makkhan (butter) is separated from the buttermilk, and the butter is boiled at a low flame until all the buttermilk evaporates, leaving behind pure, golden A2 ghee.

Why Ubharta A2 Desi Cow Ghee?

  • Cultural Significance: Ghee, known as "ghrit" in Sanskrit and "Neyyi" in southern India, holds an important place in rituals, weddings, and religious ceremonies across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Ayurveda praises Desi Cow Ghee for its health benefits and purity.

  • Vedic Process: Unlike modern methods that rely on high-tech machines, Ubharta continues to follow traditional Vedic techniques. The milk is heated on a low flame in earthen pots, and the ghee is hand-churned with care, preserving its purity and goodness.

  • Health Benefits: Ubharta A2 Ghee improves digestion, prevents constipation, moisturizes the skin, and strengthens bones. It is rich in taste, delicious, and has a nutty aroma with a buttery consistency. Additionally, it boasts anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties, making it ideal for use in herbal preparations.
