Our Buffalo Ghee is crafted from fresh, high-quality buffalo milk using the traditional slow-cooking method that preserves its rich texture, deep aroma, and natural nutrition.

The process begins with hygienically collected buffalo milk from healthy, well-nourished buffaloes. The milk is gently boiled and allowed to cool naturally. A spoon of curd is added and left to ferment overnight, forming thick, creamy curd.

The next day, the curd is carefully churned to extract fresh, rich makkhan (butter). This butter is then slow-cooked on a low flame until all the buttermilk evaporates, leaving behind thick, aromatic, golden buffalo ghee.
